Once you check out our rental rates, fill out the contact form and let us know a little about your needs and timing. We’ll write you back to begin the booking process and answer any questions.

Studio House only books with registered businesses or photographers. While private parties may inquire if a date is available before coordinating with their photographer, the contract must be signed and paid through a photographer or registered business.

Dates are not reserved unless full payment is received.

Booking space is limited to the areas photographed and shown on the site under ‘House’. A site tour will be given upon arrival.

We welcome you to shoot in the spaces photographed under ‘House’. We try to keep photos updated to show current design elements. Please bring any other props needed such as blankets and other small items.

Studio House is limited to photography only.

We allow both in our space!

Your scheduled time is for your entire setup, shoot and clean up. Please book allowing enough time for a successful shoot.

We ask that furniture stay where it is, but contact us if you have a specific need. Small items may be moved as needed, we just ask that you put things back before your shoot is over.

We only allow mini sessions to be booked with a half or full day time rental.

We do not book boudoir sessions at Studio House Sherwood.

We kindly ask that you leave your animal friends at home!

There will be a representative from Studio House Sherwood on site either at the home or another building on site during the rental and available if needed.

We clean the house prior to bookings, as well as after, including cleaning of hard surfaces and handles. Anyone sick is asked to refrain from entering Studio House Sherwood. If your shoot needs to be rescheduled due to illness, please reach out and there will be no date change fees or penalties.
